I'm trying to use HTC Sync Manager w/ my EVO 4G LTE for Sprint...
I just made the mistake of downloading the latest update for Sync Manager, and it is HORRIBLE!! All I'm trying to do is sync music from my computer (via iTunes) to my phone, but in the Sync Manager, all of the music/albums/artists are totally jumbled. It defaults to listing things alphabetically in the list view (not by how the album is arranged), and if you select an artist for whom you have more than one album, it separates EVERY song from EVERY album, listing them all separately, and by track number no less. WTF is that? Who the hell thought that was a good way to "organize" your music? How do I simply select and album, in its entirety, and send it to my phone? The Sync Manager was never the easiest thing to use in the first place, but this latest "update" has rendered it completely useless. I hate iPhones, but this is certainly making me reconsider sticking with androids. How can something as simple as transferring music from computer to phone become so unfathomably complicated and difficult to do? Get it together, HTC.
If anyone has any suggestions or pointers for how to circumvent this software's ineptitude, please inform. Thanks.
