HTC syncing with Dell Laptop issues

Has anyone else not been able to sync their HTC One X with their Dell Studio laptop? I keep getting an error message. I have heard there are some problems.

What's the error message? Also are you using HTC Sync? Try using something like MyPhoneExplorer, it's a much better Sync solution than HTC Sync.
