Help HTC TATTOO: need help replacing touch screen!!

I've recently bought a HTC tattoo hoping to fix the touch screen. i cant find any help on the internet on how to replace the touch screen. so i was wondering if anyone could give me a video guide on how to fix the touch screen. it would be much appreciated. also i do not wish to pay to get it fixed an i'd rather to it myself.

I am trying to replace my touch screen as well and so far I've used this guide:

(I know it says google translate but that's because it would otherwise be in russian!)

The only problem is that it doesn't say how you remove the last piece of glass, which essentially is the touch screen. If you have found out yet, then please let me know!
