Comes with phone, 2 batteries (1 HTC oem, and 1 Seidio slim extended), 3 Screen protectors (1 installed, 2 new), 2 seidio cases, 16gb SD card.
No SIM, you can get that for free from verizon store.
Phone works great, no issues. Some of the clear coat on the metal kick stand is starting to peel off a little from rubbing against the case/holster.
I just can't get used to HTC sense UI.
