My recommendation is to sync your contacts on your phone via Google Contacts (which is already on your phone.)
Then, on your PC, navigate to the Google Contacts website and export the contacts in a. Csv file. After doing this, you should be able to import them to iTunes or Outlook and then sync them to iTunes.
