Hello, I keep having force Close on HTC System, Google Framework, Google Gapps... my phone is pretty new... unsure why can anyone give some feedback on this.

Welcome aboard. I believe this is happening because of an installed application. If you can find the culprit and uninstall - you will most likely get rid of this annoyance.
