Hi I have a htc mobile n somehow i cant get incoming calls it says disabled ive tried 1111. 5555 0000 and after I try pin it says network or simcard error PLEASE HELP MEEE

Apparently you're trying various and random dialer codes on your phone. That's generally a very bad idea as it can brick your phone, and even specific dialer codes should be used only for specific issues.
Try re-seating your SIM card, but if you're not getting incoming calls, have you contacted your cellular service carrier? There could be an issue with your account or just issue that can be fixed on their end.
