Huawei 8652 micro sd card replacement help

My Huawei 8652 came with a 2gb micro sd card, the phone gave me constant "insufficient storage" notifications.

Sooooo.... today I purcased a 8gb micro sd card (to give me more storage).

I still can't even download an app.. Im so frustrated. It is still giving me the same notifications. Please help, tell me how to use the storage on my sd card!

Hi, welcome to Android Forums, sorry it's taken so long to get to your question.

Applications are not automatically stored to the microSD card and some applications cannot be moved onto the microSD card. Some applications cannot be removed or deleted by normal means (more on that later).

First, try unistalling any unwanted apps.
Second, go into your device's file manager and move any media (pictures and music) to your microSD card.
Third, try installing an application like Clean Master to clean out your device's cache.
Fourth, and final option. Remember those pesky applications that cannot be removed normally. You can remove those through a process called rooting. There are certain risks and rewards to rooting your device.
