Hello, I am NOT at all familiar with tech talk or the proper terms to describe my problem. I have only had my Huawei asccend 2 for 2 months. Earlier today I made a phone call, after the phone call was over I hung up,locked my phone, and put it in my pocket. Minutes later I took it out to check the time and it was on the white screen with the Huawei logo, and it hasnt moved since, that was 14 hours ago. I have charged it( which it doesnt seem to be charging the indicator light isnt lit) taken the battery out,plugged it back up and put the battery back in. I have it plugged into my laptop now and it wont even show anything is connected. NOTHING IS WORKING
