Help huawei ascend g360

Im using huawei ascend g360. I just bought it about 1 week. I found that this phone sometimes restart by itself. Anyone knows why it be that way? i just bought the phone because my previous phone had damaged. Hoping that this phone will last at least until i finish my studies.

Frequent reboots shouldn't happen with a new device. And if they do, usually two causes, either the firmware is buggy and needs be updated/fixed by the manufacturer, see if there's any updates available from Huawei. Secondly, it could actually be a hardware fault, in which case you'll have to exchange it.

Could try factory resetting it, just in case it's just something funky going on, backup anything important first though, photos, docs, videos, etc.
