A friend of mine has a Huawei Blaze and has been very please with it. He has had it about 6 months. However recently it has kept turning it self of and saying updating when it comes back on. He has carried out a hard reset and it still keeps doing this. It also appears to be eating his PAYGO credit, even after a hard reset with no apps installed.
The Phone came from Phone4U in the UK. He has not purchased an warranty from them, but I have advised him that he can take the phone back as he is with in 12 months of purchasing it and it clearly has some sort of fault.
The question is with Phone4U try and say that he cant take the phone back as he has not purchased a warranty from them?
I'm going to go along with him when he takes the phone back as I know a bit more about how these phone shops can work than he does.
Or should we not bother with them and go direct to Huawei UK?
