Help huawei g610 continuously shutdown and restart problem

i am haveing huawei g610 android phone.
Android OS, v4.2


i just opened youtube and after that it is restarting again and again.

i took out battery , inserted aggain , but problem not resolved.


i tried to factory reset but it is not working , i also tried to do hard reset but it is not done but my problem is still there.

i rooted this device in jul 2016 and to increase internal storage for this device.

this problem started just i opened youtube and after that it is restarting again and again.

please can some body tell me solution
 
I've had previous Huawei devices that did this... In the end they had to have the hardware fixed (under warranty )

i inserted a card of 32 gb in this my huawei g610 in july 2016 and rooted this device to increase internal storage .

now this is not going to be factory reset and hard reset


can you suggest me some thing to do hard reset ?

if i manually take out memory card and attach it with computer then what will happen ?
 
Depending on what Huawei s policy is in your part of the world, you may have voided your warranty by doing this.


The most important thing you can do right now is back up any data photos etc on the device before it gets worse.

Once you've done that, you can look at your options etc... I'm not sure as I no longer have a similar device
 
when i power on this device it dont give so much time and within 1-2 minutes device is shutdown.


i purchsed this phone from pakistan in april 2014 and now im in uk.

and i think warranty neither i can claim nor it will be valid



any solutions are much appreciated.
 
im trying to upgrade firmware for huawei g610-u20 from sdcard but phone goes to recovery screen and i performed all options

wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

but nothing is working.


any suggestions
