huawei m860 bootloop

my Huawei M860 got stuck in a boot loop so i went to download the firmware from the Huawei website.but then i did'nt know how to get it on my phone because i cant turn on USB file transfer. plz help! thx if u try or do help

Hi, and welcome.

Can you remove the battery? Take the back cover off the phone and pull the battery out, wait a few seconds (depress the power button if you can) then replace the battery. Sometimes that alone will fix a boot loop.
