My phone goes heywire and goes black with a green circle with a message that says keypad programming wont run and wont do anything what is that and how can it be fixed

My girl's cellphone started to have the same problem yesterday. I've tried everything to look for a solution and nobody seems to have the answer, I guess not very many people have had this problem.

You will probably end up doing a factory reset. Erase all data and start over. Be sure to backup contacts and such
