Help Huawei mediapad m1 8.0 model:S8-301L Startup Failure

This is partially my failure but, i encrypt my tablet and because of my great memory i forgot the password and i was like "No big deal hard reset and ready to go" and i googled mediapad ... hard reset and i found that to access recovery mode you have to press both POWER OFF and VOLUME DOWN at the same time BUT the only thing that it gives me is this menu:

i would be very happy if someone knows what to do
PS: you can technically see that grey box and written there "Emergency mode" but what the hell it gives me?
 
I don't understand the language but suspect you are in safe mode. I assume the white box is for the password? Your tablet should be off before you try hard reset
