Huawei P Smart

Hi

I am considering getting a P Smart.

My current phone when I used for sat nav using a crap car charger used to drain quicker than charge. So I got a fast charger.

The p smart looks like the perfect phone for me but doesn't have fast charge. Is there a possibility I could have the same issue?

Probably what is important...Where are you in the world, what country? Because this phone is usually sold and intended for use in Asia, Middle East, Europe and Russia. I don't think it's available and really suitable for North America.

FWIW I got a Huawei Mate 10 and extremely happy with it. The P Smart is more of a mid-range device. I wouudn't have thought charging should be a problem. AFAIK all current Huaweis and Honors do use the same USB type-C fast charging now.

Unfortunately not. Some of the range have Huawei super charge... But others don't. The p smart does not.

I think it should still be OK to charge and still run something power intensive like GPS, as long as you're using a good quality 2 amp capable charger and cable.
