Huawei P10 Lite doesn't charge

I just bought my new P10 Lite,about 2 weeks ago.I was listening music on the train,and I fell asleep.When I woke up,my battery percentage was zero.I Charged it with another Huawei charger,because I left the fast charger at school.Could this be the problem that I used the wrong charger?

Usually they recommend that you use the charger that came with the device but thats not always the case because in the past either me or my family have used different branded chargers and the phones work fine but every phone is different. If the phone is less then 12 months old then it may be worth booking an appointment with huawei to look at the device. If you dont live in the vacinity of a store by huawei you can always see if they do a delivery option. It sounds as if the device has reacted badly to the charger used and it may have fried the charging port but sometimes a few phones dont charge one time and then they do.
