Huawei P10 shows as 'CD ROM' in Win Explorer

I've connected my new Huawei P10 Plus to Windows Explorer to copy some files across. The phone appears as 'CR Drive (F:) My CDROM' rather than what I would have expected (e.g. something like "Huawei P10"). There seems to be no filestore. All that's there are 'Autorun.inf' 'HiSuite.ico' and 'HiSuiteDownLoader.exe'. There's one directory ('Document') containing on open source software notice pdf. In the USB connection dialog on the Huawei, I've selected 'Device file manager (MTP)'. What is HiSuite - do I need to run this?

Install hisuite once it's done unplug then reconnect the phone and it should work to transfer files etc. Hisuite is USB drivers.
