hi, was needing to know what to do with my phone that won't let me answer, make, or see calls or any other screen. I keep getting message that the launcher or the process.acore stopped unexpectedly, then force close, then another screen saying force close. I don't want to lose my text messages so I'm scared to reset. I have my contacts backed up to my computer so I'm ok there. What do I do?
