Hi my elderly Mother has a Hudl2 that thinking the battery needed replacing which I did but it still has the same problem.I have tried several times to set it back to factory settings. I have gone through the process but when it reboots nothing has changed, all the icons are the same as before and it says unfortunately,hudl launcher has stopped. When I touch ok it comes up with several other things that have stopped i.e Google. Has it got a serious fault and can not be repaired and just to throw it away. Regards Dave
