for those who's been waiting for it, AVA (ROM) at XDA posted a fix for those of us who has the hulu app. I'm running BS 1.7 and it's working great, for those using slacker and pandora I read may have some problems but since I don't really use those apps i'm good.
I also didn't have to whip anything when I flashed the update
the satan.hulufix was crashing my wifi.
UPDATE: I used this fix and now everything works.
