Help hw to disable Double Click to Unlock Samsung Ace Duos..Help!!!!!!!!!!

Please help! I am so unhappy..
My new galaxy Ace Duos is making me crazy. When I am on a call, before I can hang up or do anything this ANNOYING Double Click to Unlock icon shows up.
Before I can hang up, I have to double click.
If I call a business and get a computer menu and have to press a number to get to the extension of who I want, I cannot do it because this ANNOYING icon pops up.BY the time I have double clicked I have lost the call or can't find the keypad to press 1 or 2 or 3 for my option.. you know what I mean?
How can i get rid of this?
I have tried double clicking and holding down menu key. I have tried double clicking and hold down return key.
I cannot get rid of it.
I am about to throw this phone in the garbage.
Please someone have pity on me and help?
Is there no answer to this?

I just bought the ACE 4 here in Thailand and have the same problem. Went to Samsung dealer in Phuket and they said the feature is built-in by the factory to supposedly keep one from touching the screen with your ear and accidentally hitting a key/function. So will most likely go back to sales office and return, it is really a dumb feature.
