Help I accidentally disable the SIM Toolkit

I NEEF INFORMATION/HELP!! I accidentally disable the SIM Toolkit. Do I load another one what do I do because this kit supposedly is the one that puts things on my SIM card so I don't know what to do and I'm scared my phone's going to crash so anybody who can help me please email me or call for 15650 8003 please thank you

It doesn't look disabled in that screenshot. In fact it looks like it won't allow you to disable it (the disable button is greyed-out).

I'd say that if the phone is still working don't worry. I don't have that app on my phone at all. I think it's just for some ancient and by-and-large pointless carrier-specific services.
 
SIM Toolkit is a system process that can't be disabled, my Oppo phone is the same. From your screen-shot it looks OK, and you haven't done anything. But if you're not seeing a menu item for SIM Toolkit, it means your SIM doesn't use it. And if it is provided, it's usually only a load of premium rate SMS services that some carriers do. You're not missing much, and it really is a legacy thing from dumb-phones.
