I am getting spammed like crazy!

Every 10 minutes I get a notification and it's always something different. But this is the screen shot I got recently. What is this? How do I get rid of this malware type stuff?

An app lIke "AirPush Detector" on Google Play Store might identify an app on your phone that is causing these Notification ads and the plus signs and stars on the Status bar.
