I am looking for android tablet

Halo guys, I'm looking for an android tablet running android 8.0 or one that is upgradeable to android 8.0. I want it with minimum 3Gb RAM and 32Gb storage with NFC enabled. Is there any suggestions?

What's your budget? The Pixel C fits those specs and has had an update to Oreo I believe (but since it was released in 2015 I doubt it will receive another major update next year). I expect this year's flagship Samsung tablets (Tab S3 series) will, the "this year's flagship Samsung" means "not cheap", and it's not clear for older models. Sony seem to have stopped making new tablet models, and Lenovo's official upgrade matrix doesn't mention their recent tablets so is no use at all.

Budget is not my concern for I really need it for work. Does pixel C or S3 has NFC feature? If you have to choose one of them, which will you choose?

NFC isn't something I care about, so I had to do some web searching to find out. The consensus seems to be that neither has it (you need to be wary, because some "tech" sites don't check their facts very well, so unless it's the manufacturer I rarely trust just one site for things like this). The Sony Tablet Z4 does seem to have NFC, but that will not receive Oreo (it was released in 2015, and isn't on Sony's list of devices that will receive 8.0). NFC seems to be universal in phones, rare and if anything decreasing in tablets.

Of those 2 personally I'd choose the Samsung, but that's entirely because you can get an active stylus for it. Since annotating documents is my primary use for a tablet this feature is something I personally require, but of course may mean no more to you than NFC does to me ;). Otherwise I very much prefer the Pixel's software to Samsung's, but again this may be a personal preference. Against that the Pixel C is a 2 year old model, and being a Pixel won't have expandable storage, both of which would count against it for me.
