I just bought a HTC Aria recently and I am new to Android. The purpose for me to join this forum is to know more information and the latest release of Android.

I have several questions:
1. Every application is installed in the phone memory, right? Is it possible to transfer the applications to SD memory?

2. How about movie? Which application enables us to download movies and watch it on phone?

3. GPS navigator. Which one is the best?

Every application is installed in the phone memory, right? Is it possible to transfer the applications to SD memory?

Yes, they are all in the phone memory. If your phone has Android 2.2, you can move SOME apps to the SD card, but thats up to the app developer to enable it.

2. How about movie? Which application enables us to download movies and watch it on phone?

The phone comes with a stock player, called Videos. You need to convert your movies to an mp4 container with an h264 baseline codec. Check the Aria sub-forum to see what resolution you need to use. There is also RockPlayer from the market, thats supposed to play a variety of formats. I have found it to be quite slow, plus there is a logo on the screen the whole time.

3. GPS navigator. Which one is the best?

Google Navigation is the best I've used, it should be on your phone already.
