I don't think there's a size limit for OTG support; if the device can be recognised it should work. I hooked a 500GB external hdd up to my old Xperia Z and it was identified correctly. Couldn't do anything with it as it was formatted EXT3 for use with a Linux-based PVR box but as a proof-of-concept it worked fine.

Oh, there is. This blu studio one works fine with 32gb card. It is advertised to work with 64gb cards. But you jam a 64gb card in or otg it it cant read it. Complete bullshit.

Finding a screen that rotates without having to wait long perikds of time on it, band 12, and 64gb card support is apparwntly impossible for $200 or less. If it is possible please let me know. Keep in mind in ned band 12 and preferably sprint bands too (24&25?).

Not in the US so no idea about bands. But ASUS Zenphones generally sell for $100-200 with good specs. You can get a quad core with 1.5GB RAM fpr something like $250. But of course that's my country's pricing. No idea on how US customs hit imported stuff. Or if they're even available there.

That's the Zenphone 2 flagships. There are cheaper versions like the Zenphone Laser and stuff. But seems they don't fit your needs.
