I am trying to view or mirror my screen on another Android phone

I'm trying to find out if there is a way or an app I can download to make it so that I can you view or mirror my broken phone screen on my other Android device. I have a double sided type c connector maybe that would help?? Please do help me out here guys I've read about being able to mirror the broken phone screen onto a PC but I'd like to know if I can do it with my other Android device the one that I'm trying to view or mirror the screen and content from has a fully broken screen but that is the only broken part of it. But that screen does not turn on. Thanks
 
A new screen might not be as expensive as you think.

Beyond that, is what you want off the broken device on a SD card or on the device itself?
