I came to the Smart One Please Help me Greendot Debit

I bought greendot debit card n put 100 dollars on it at dollar tree came home trying to activate it over and over with no luck after I put card number and the rest of the info hit enter and Were sorry this card can't be activated at this time try again later. Customer service numbers don't connect to live agent at all or help in anyway. I have to get this working all my money is on it NeeD HelP PleasE...
 
Thank U for your feedback Unfortunately I tried n was told they won't take the card back or refund me n can't activate the card there policy won't allow them... They just sell the cards i can't find anyway to speak to a live person either i found 5 phone numbers for Greendot but all computers this is ridiculous how they have customer service but have no customer service... If anyone might have any kind insight about my problem please let me know

So could you be more specific about the error messages you're seeing when using their app to access your account?

As far as being so averse to using the automated phone tree help service, that's now a typical way a lot of companies do customer support. Follow through the list of options and eventually there could be one to talk to a staffer. But be prepared to put on hold, and maybe for quite a while. Companies are not likely to hire extra people to just sit around waiting to answer calls that may or may not be on demand, so the usual scenario is a bare minimum of people talking actual calls, one by one for hours at a time. Depending on how many calls are also on hold before yours, it could take a while for yours to be answered.
