I can not install vibes on my new Galaxy s4

when I try to install viber I can not do it there is message said your country do not allowed to install viber when I bought this galaxy I entered Australia as my country but I leave in Iraq ? I can not change my entered country ? what shall I do any help pleas

You could search the Web and find the viber apk file. Download it to your phone and install it. Probably to use it you would need to be running a vpn service so that you appeared to be in a different country.
