I can only type upper case letters

I have brand new A3 A320FL Samsung Galaxy android and allows me only to type
to upper case letters only. I cannot activate lower case letters. Has Marshmallow 6.0 (?) OS.
What should i do?

Is the Caps lock key not working (above the Symbols key on the bottom left). Also try the Keyboard Settings key.

You can always download another keyboard app.
SwiftKey is a very very good one.

Yes. Caps Lock key not working.
 
I see on a web view you have posted before (I was on the forum app).
I'm not sure without seeing it in person. can you pop in to a store somewhere?

Is the phone new to you?
Is the screen troublesome in that area anyway?
Do you have a magnetic cover?
Can you resize the keyboard?
Can you try another keyboard with a different layout. I can't imagine it's a software issue.

The phone is new. The screen is not troublesome. I don't have magnetic cover. I cannot resize keyboard.
