Okay this is kinda werid to ask i never had this issue before i tried logging into my second google email and when i try it kicks me out after saying checking info before i can sign in, i tried clearing the data off of all google login apps and nothing its something im not sure how to fix.

Current ROM: GamerROM® Classic 2 Android v6.0.1

Phone: Samsung GALAXY S4 SGH-M919

Yes but its when i go to Settings>Accounts>Add an Account>Google it tries to load to sign in but kicks me before i could even get into the sign in page

Is this a new issue on the same ROM.. Maybe try a factory reset and log into both in the beginning?
well at first i thought it was my rom cause i did build this rom after all but, i tried roms 5.0 and up from other rom other devs developed and still the same issue, the only ROM thay doesnt encounter this issue is Android Kitkat 4.4.4 and below!

Should i try a different gapps package and see if that could fix it?

Actually, that was gonna be my next suggestion.. The one you have may just be corrupted

Alright i did but still the same result maybe either google is cracking down on preventing custom OS's to be sble to login into google or the servers being buggy

Wow.. Doesn't make sense cause I been running customs as well. And I signed into 2 accounts due to Slack.apk. Hmm, there has to be another factor we've overlooked. Your gapps vs Root, did'ja flash gapps and Root at same time? If not, it could say 'uncertified' in Playstore-Settings, which Google warned us about at the beginning of the year..

Flashing ROM+Root+Gapps before boot should say Certified like this:
