I cannot root my Lg Esteem

I cannot root my LG Esteem my software is ZVC. I can't figure out how to convert back to Zvb. I have tried to update the software. But no matter how hard I try. Can someone please help me I want to root this phone so I can get rid of the Metro PCs bloatware.
