Ok, so a couple of months ago I was told that I could have my upgrade reset because I lost my yearly due to premier changes. The Sprint supervisor told me that they were doing this for people, and that it was no problem. My account was noted, and they told me to callback closer to my one year and they would push it through.
Fast forward to today. I call to have is reset, and am told that they are absolutely not doing any upgrade resets..... Even if your account is noted.
I am so pissed at them right.
Anyone have any ideas?
