I need to get a new phone. But don't want to spend $500+ on one.

So my bets bet would prob be getting an EVO 4g from Ebay.

Can you trust ebay for a used or new phone?

I have had very good luck here on the forum in the classifieds.... Just make sure you are buying from a person who has been here for a little while.... Not somebody with 3 posts.

I have an EVO 4G for sale. It's hardware version 004 ( the latest ) ; Can be rooted [HBoot 2.10] ; and is still on Android 2.2 [Froyo] because honestly the Gingerbread update for EVO 4G sucks.

Selling because I got the EVO 3D.

I have the original box, manual, battery, screen cover.. basically each and everything that comes from factory.

You will need to get the esn from the seller. Call 1-888-211-4727, tell them you need to make sure the esn is clear.

if the seller is a cheat.. what makes you think the ESN they give you over the phone/internet .. is the one on the phone they will send you?????

i can give you the ESN from a good phone... then send you a bad phone .. after I get your $$$.

I only deal locally... meet at sprint store.. check ESN off the phone.
that is why I like to use craigslist.org
