I can't download any apk from my browser after root

Hi guys,
I rooted my GM 4G for better battery usage and unnecessary apps.And i changed font.But i noticed one thing.I can't download any apk from Chrome.Please help me guys i can't install xposed installer

And i noticed more.I can't click links.I see a pop-up.And i see that pop-up when i try download apk from browser.But only white place

So how did you root this phone? Done properly root should just give you extra options, not change the behaviour of anything. So something as basic as links not working makes me wonder what you used to do it.

I rooted with superuser zip on twrp.And i can download first times but suddenly i can't download anything.I changed font and installed L speed,root booster and 3c foolbox.Then i delelted root booster and 3c toolbox.Which app cause it?
