i cant download apps

[Android Question]

i am not connected to my Gakaxy s1 but i still have wifi so can i still down load apps?
If so i can not download apps it says "Can not down like this app due to error"

try opening your playstore app in settings and clearing cache. settings/app manager/playstore/clear cache

Also try logging into the Play store on your PC and when you try to download the app to your phone it will tell you if it's compatible or not, as that might be an issue.
