How can I accept my window play store terms?

I'm not sure what your ass has to do with anything, but simply check (tap) the box for "accept" and then press OK. If the button isn't visible, go into Settings > Manage apps > All, scroll to Google Play and then clear cache & data. When you go back into the Play store, you'll be asked for your credentials and to accept terms.
