I cant get my phone number back

I have a galaxy s4 for sprint and I did a hard reset n my phone nunbers didn't come back yetyet

Welcome to the forums

If you mean your contacts, have you entered your Google account details again? You need to before the phone can re sync your contacts. If you had them stored on "phone" rather than Google you may have lost them.
