Help I can't make it vibrate upon recieving a text

So, I have to new Motorola and I cannot make it vibrate when I recieve a text, so I have to keep looking down at it, this makes it very inconvenient, does anyone have any suggestions?

Download AudioManager from the market. It will let you select for Vibrate on Text Notification.
