I can't open or view my downloaded images and videos in my backup photos

I cant' open nor view downloaded images from d net,it only say "unfortunately com.android.gallery3d has stopped" and videos in my backup in the gallery also won't open. Mine is an ASUS Transformer pad.What shall I do please help,thank you!
