It would REALLY help if you gave some more information. What type of ereader do you have? does it run android? What type of ebooks do you have? Where did you get them? What format are they in?
I've never understood this either. The ads for the Kindle say they hold 10,000 books, but those things are WAY too small to fit that many books in them. I'm not even sure my library has 10,000 books in it and it's a pretty big building.
