Dear Friends,
I just bought Huawei Honor 3X Pro (HUAWEI ASCEND G750-T20),. It came with Jelly Bean OS, then I upgraded it successfully to Kitkat.
I have one big problem with this Phone: IT DOESNT RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES ON BOTH SIM CARDS. I can send SMS to other numbers, I can send and receive emails, I am able to connect to internet and download software on Play Store.
When I take out those SIM Cards and insert them in another phone, I am able to send and receive texts.
I have tried to use different SIM cars from different service providers but the problem is still there
I have installed several Third part SMS softwares such as Go SMS Pro, Handcent SMS, Ghostly SMS, but still the problem is not resolved.
I did WIPE CACHE PARTITION, but this also couldn't solve the problem.
Anyone with an Idea on how to Solve this problem, PLEASE HELP.
