I want to root my xperia mini for install "Market unlocker" application. Because of i can't install some applications and they restricted to our country such as blogger app. So that i want to shell root. How do i do it?

If i used Unlock root i receive "Failed to chmod file://data/local/tmp"
If i used super one click root it stop in step 7.

Most of the time those applications display "ADB server not running" error.

How do i fix it?

Thanks!

Have you installed ADB drivers?

Go to: How To Set Up ADB/USB Drivers for Android Devices (Updated 12/13/11) - TheUnlockrTheUnlockr

You can easily root&unroot following the info on this forum.
Because, if you wanna shell root it, it'll be only temporary.
Meaning that on the next reboot, your phone will be unrooted again. As you presumably know already.
So all the apps that need root privileges, will not work anymore.

So I don't see your point. Because market unlocker won't work after you reboot your phone.
Then again, maybe you're aware of that :-)

If i use "Flight mode" market unlocker work without restarting phone.
