Help I can't seem to get a group text to send

Is there a limit to how many people can be in a group text? I have a group text of 25 that I would like to put out but it says it can't send. Thanks! I have a Galaxy 9+ with ATT

Most carriers have set their own arbitrary limits with group texting to reduce the spamming problem. Apparently AT&T limits the number to 10.
