I can't switch Radio on as I have failed to find the switch. Please help

I have been trying for months to switch off the Aeroplane Mode, but have failed miserably. There is a Radio Switch somewhere that is switched off, however the problem is that I can't find this switch setting. The V20 H990N Dual SIM, is an amazing phone.
I would appreciate any clues that some wise person could give me.

I'm not familiar with your phone but most phones have a quick access to settings such as auto rotate and airplane mode, silent mode.. etc. Just pull down the notification bar on the top of your phone showing those settings and they can be ticked off or on. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately it is the Aeroplane mode that is permanently on because somewhere there is a 'radio' on or off click which no one can find.

If you look through the Settings menu in your phone there should be an option for Airplane mode with the enable/disable toggle next to it. In the phone I'm looking at now it's in the Settings >> Wireless & networks >> More menu. On yours, it will probably also be buried inside nested menus and using different naming but still have to be similar.
