I cant view word document that I DL from link

Hi

I fairly new so I have no idea.

When I go on my school website to download a word document (docx or doc), I click on it but it doesnt let me automatically view it. Also this is with powerpoints. Is there a app that I have to have or certain settings?

Try "Documents To Go" from the Market.

This is free and lets you view (but not edit) Microsoft Office files

Can you edit Word files in Google Docs on the phone? Or XL spreadsheets? Or PPT files?
