Help I deleted my browser!!!!!! helppp

I was trying to delete a lot of stuff off my phone because I didnt have any space and I accidentally deleted my browser. The icon is still there and all but i cant use my phone unless someone calls me. I keep getting this:

The application LogsProvider has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again

What does this mean and how can I get it back to working.
I have an AT&T SAMSUNG GALAXY S

No need to bemoan the loss.
Just download 'Opera Mini' and start using it instead. It's great. Fast and I like being able to have NINE favorite sites just a touch away right on the 'Start Page'. Sharing is smooth and easy too.
I started using Dolphin HD with the blue add-on, but quickly uninstalled it after using Opera Mini.
