I dont get it... Octa Core, strongest phone to date, and STILL WON'T ALLOW MULTITASKING?!?

If I go into the Internet browser, load up a Youtube video, and switch tabs, it stops playing.

If I load up a Youtube video on Chrome and switch to another app, it stops playing.

If I switch apps or go to the home screen, whatever I had freezes until I switch back (For example Malwarebytes would stop scanning).

After awhile of browsing, going back to an older tab MAKES IT RELOAD, causing me to repost or rebump or resend whatever form I had on that page.

Etc etc etc.


How do I make it stop shutting down my apps and processes when I minimize it or switch tabs?

I don't have an S6, so this is just a guess, but Samsung did integrate a task killer (based on "clean master", which shows very poor judgement on Samsung's part). Can't remember what they called it, but have you made sure that junk is turned off? I could imagine something like that causing your symptoms.

Or they may have messed up the OOM settings in ROM.
