I Feel Lost in the Shuffle

Hi. I posted an introduction and several problems with no response. I've tried different "subfolders" ... it is tough b/c my hours and hours with Samsung lead me back to "soft reset" "hard reset" over and over and over again.

Their EMAIL app is not working with Gmail. The Gmail app works fine. The EMAIL app works with a yahoo account that I don't need on the phone. My entire work runs off google (normal type, not business type_ I can't go without my phone for 6 days!

Am I doing something to offend people that I'm not getting some of the supportive responses other get? I'm sorry. I'm so upset. I spent all of my extra money on this phone as an investment in my work. And it seems wasted.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with your phone. Could you tell us what device you have? This would make it easier to assist you. Here is a troubleshooting step for the Email app: Clear data from the mail app.

being new to smart phones; but knowing a few things about computers I have a couple of questions.

Purchased, but not rec'd Samsung t-679.
1.)
I have a 32gb sdhc on order, from what I have read Ineed the fastest CLASS I can get. Ordered a cl-10, is this what I need?

2.) can the phone numbers from my standard cell phone be transferred to the
new phone?

3.) Will the new chip have to be formatted or does the MOUNT function take care of the formatting?

4.) Since my existing contract is not up until Feb.15. Can I play with the
new phones wi-fi features on my existing wireless network, prior to
activating the new phone.

Many Thanks,

found out a while ago, best to go to a forum of experts with my dumb questions.
